In this session we will work with an innovative new way of recruitment. We will learn how we can make sure we have the right peoples on the right spot, through a systematic approach. It is not just about competencies but also about how to avoid mistakes in selection.
How psychology tests can be used. Which tests are there and what can we do with them. We find the answers to questions like: What makes someone his job really fun? And: What makes people proud in their jobs?
In the subsequent business game, the whole process, from composing a job profile to hiring, will be practiced.
