Master meetings session:
In companies in general, 10 to 20 percent of worktime is spent on meetings. Management and department heads often spend half (or more) of their time on these activities. Meetings do not only cost a lot of time, but also a lot of energy. By reallocating responsibilities and tasks, using more effective meeting techniques and more discipline, meeting costs can be brought down with 20 to 50 percent in an average company.
We are going to practice meetings in a business simulation aiming for a pre-set target to be achieved. All aspects that are needed for an effective meeting will be on the agenda.
